Each flavor of our handcrafted artisan chocolates take two days to complete. The fillings (ganaches) are made in small batches with Belgian chocolate and with an assortment of fresh purees, and other ingredients. Wines and spirits are used in certain pieces but only as flavoring. No preservatives are used. You may store them at room temperature for up to three weeks ( no higher than 74F). You may store them in a refrigerator for up to eight weeks.
Of course, we recommend that you enjoy them within three weeks……..Please note: Not all flavors are in production.
