If for any reason, your order does not meet with your satisfaction, simply return it to us for a prompt replacement, exchange, or refund. *Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the original method of payment. *Prior to shipping your product back to our processing facility, customers must email customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
We make your product fresh. You will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your purchase. Please cancel your order prior to our shipment processing time which is 4 PM Eastern Time. To cancel your order, call us at 727-505.6567.
Availability of Products
We make all of our products by hand in small batches. On occasion, certain products may be sold out. You may experience a short delay in receiving your order while we make the next batch. If this is the case, you will be notified by email. Boxes of assorted chocolates will contain a selection of chocolates that will vary from time to time. We select the product for your order based on the availability of certain flavors in stock. Boxes of single flavor chocolates are offered. If we are out of the flavor you ordered, and we will notify you by email of any potential delay. If you require a different flavor than those currently being offered on our website, call us at 727-505-6567.
Customers should be aware that our products are made in a facility that is not nut free and in which products containing gluten may be processed. Also, some of our chocolates may include dairy, honey, teas, wheat, and other natural ingredients. Customers with allergies to these specific products should refrain from ordering from Viktoria Richards Chocolates.
Viktoria Richards products are hand made in small batches and are preservative free. We recommend enjoying the chocolates within twenty one days of receipt.
After you make your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. You may review the status of your order by viewing the order section of your account. As a registered customer, you will also be able to review the Order History for all your online purchases. If you do not have an account, you may click here to create one.
Holiday Ordering Guidelines
Our normal delivery guidelines apply for deliveries of gifts targeted to arrive before your favorite holidays. To insure that your gift arrives on time, please review the list below and place your order before the appropriate shipment cutoff. For your convenience, our shopping cart allows you to shop in advance of the holiday and to tell us when you would like your gifts to arrive.
Note: UPS may deliver as late as 9:00 P.M. We recommend that you order your gift so as to allow it to arrive the day before you actually need it.
Methods Of Payment
Credit Cards and Checks
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
We require a deposit on all custom orders. Deposits may be refunded when orders are cancelled within 30 days of order placement. No refund will be offered once we have ordered materials to make your order.
All online orders shipped to destinations within Florida are taxed. The Florida Department of Revenue requires us to collect taxes based on the address to which the product is being shipped within the state of Florida. Also, the Florida Department of Revenue does not exempt finished candy products from taxes. No taxes are currently charged to customers who are not residents of Florida and who have their product delivered to addresses outside the state of Florida. Florida residents who have us ship products to out of state destinations will not be charged sales tax.

We ship via UPS, and Fedex, standard ground, two day and next day. (To locations within the continental United States) Please email us for rates to Alaska and Hawaii.
Ground Shipments: Orders are shipped Tuesday through Thursday and are expected to arrive at your home or place of business before the weekend. Our product availability guidelines apply.*
Next Day Ground Shipments: Florida: Next day ground delivery is available in Florida only. (Except to the Keys)
Overnight Shipments: We ship overnight deliveries Tuesday through Thursday. Our product availability guidelines apply.*
Orders received on Thursday or Friday will normally be shipped the following Tuesday depending on the availability of product.
*Product Availability Guidelines: Our product is made fresh daily in small batches. If your product is not available for shipment on these days, we will hold your order until the following week.
Cool Months: November through March
Standard Ground shipping is available to locations within four days of our facility which is located near Tampa, Florida. Two day service will be used for shipments not deliverable within four days of our Tampa facility.
Warm Months: April through October
We use special insulated shipping cartons and ice packs during the warm weather months. Next day delivery is recommended. We also offer you the less expensive two day delivery option. However, if weather in your area will be above 70 degrees, you should select the overnight delivery option. We will not be responsible for melted product if you chose to use the two day delivery option.
We use special packaging that allows us to use next day ground delivery services within Florida throughout the year.
Our shipping charges currently consist of flat fees. Flat rates apply to shipments weighing less than three pounds and containing one product (Box, Bag, or Bar). Shipping rates and methods are subject to change.
Ground shipments are not available to ID,ND,SD,WY,CA,MT,NV,OR,UT,WA. Ground shipments to these states would be in transit for 5 business days and would mean that your package be held over a weekend at the delivery agent’s facility.
We charge extra for the special insulated carton and ice packs that we use to ship your product. This fee is added to your shipping charge. If you require Saturday delivery, additional charges may apply.
Federal Express, and United Parcel Service, do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. We require a street address for your order as well as a phone number. We do not ship produce to APO or FPO addresses at this time. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by Federal Express or United Parcel Service, due to weather, mechanical error, or circumstances beyond our control. We cannot be responsible for delivery delays caused by customers who provide us with incomplete address information. We are not able to offer refunds as a result of the above.
